We’re still finalising the plans. Check back here nearer the time for the schedule, times and everything else you need to know.
Three days
by the sea
Come for the wedding, stay for the whole thing. Times are a guide for now. We’ll confirm them nearer the day.
Welcome drinks
A relaxed first evening. Come as you are, straight off the plane if you need to, for a glass of something cold on the terrace as the sun goes down.
Ceremony, dinner & dancing
the big dayWe say “I do” overlooking the Cretan Sea. Then drinks, a long dinner under the stars, speeches (kept short, we promise) and a dance floor that won’t close early.
Recovery brunch
Sunglasses on. Strong coffee, loukoumades and a full debrief on the night before.
Getting there
& where to stay
Fly into Heraklion
Heraklion airport (HER) is the closest, with plenty of direct flights from UK airports in late May. Lyttos Beach is about 35 minutes east along the coast by taxi or private transfer.
Directions from the airport →Stay where the party is
We’re staying at the Atlantica Caldera Palace and would love you there too. Book your room directly with the hotel.
Add your hotel booking reference to your RSVP. We’ll pass it to the hotel so they can link your room to the wedding party.
Go to RSVPCrete is two hours ahead of the UK.
Euros. Cards are fine almost everywhere, but carry a little cash for tavernas.
Check yours is valid for your whole trip before you book.
For the wedding, it needs to be issued after 30 May 2018 and expire on or after 1 September 2028.

to wear
Summer formal, Mediterranean-style.
Linen, light suits and floaty dresses. Ties are optional and jackets will probably come off by the second drink.
Please leave white and ivory to the bride.
That’s the typical late-May afternoon. Evenings cool off a little, so bring a light layer.
The ceremony is on grass and stone, so block heels or flats will thank you.
Sunglasses and SPF for the ceremony. We’ll have fans and plenty of water.
Us, so far
A few favourites from the years before Crete. After the wedding, this is where the photos from the day will go.
